On a practical level, training is a 1-day in-person seminar and workshop for sales teams led by Ivan Levi, aka Ivan the Greatful™. Your team will receive a few tasks ahead of time to prepare for the training, then spend the morning learning more about Greatful Self, Team, Space, and Connections, and the afternoon working hands-on in your store to build those skills.
On a human level, the training is fun! We go beyond a cut-and-dry lecture on working harder or gimmicky sales techniques. The morning session is interactive and encourages brainstorming and team support. The afternoon in-store activities are like a scavenger hunt, helping sales teams get to know their inventory and develop new ways to connect with guests.
Ivan has been in the connection business for 41 years, with experience as an entrepreneur, sales professional, speaker, and designer by trade. He draws on that experience for plenty of funny stories and anecdotes from the perspective of a businessowner, sales team member, and even a customer. He loves infusing passion and energy back into sales teams, and works with team leads to personalize each workshop for the individual needs of each business.
